Come join us each Sunday morning for small group bible study with students your own age. There are classes for 6-12 grade at 9:00 am, 10:15 am, or 11:30 am.

Sunday school is the core of our ministry and we encourage everyone to be a part of their small group for fellowship, evangelism, discipleship, ministry, and prayer. In fact you are more likely to make friends and will become part of the group much faster if you join your Sunday school small group. Look for fellowships outside of Sunday mornings in the spring and fall to help you get plugged in or to help you introduce a friend to the Creek. To grow as a follower of Jesus Christ, Christian fellowship is critical.

REACH is also a major part of the student Sunday school at the Creek. It is a simple outreach strategy to help students become outreach minded and Great Commission focused. Every active student is expected to be a part of a REACH team and to be active in evangelism. For more information please visit the REACH page.

The center of the Sunday school is bible study to assist families in discipling their students. In seven years every student will study the entire Bible one book at a time. We alternate between the Old and New Testaments to gain a holistic understanding of God’s Word with an emphasis on the practical application to our lives today. Being a part of Sunday school will allow you to grow in your knowledge of and walk in Jesus Christ.

There are also opportunities for ministry through Sunday school. Classes will occasionally take service projects and opportunities to minister to others. For instance, the rising seniors serve and lead the rising sixth grader luncheon on promotion Sunday each summer. Other opportunities are guided by the needs of the church and surrounding communities.

The final component of student Sunday school at the Creek is an emphasis on prayer. Each week a prayer leader leads in prayer for the needs of the class, those who are not saved, and as an outreach to minister to students not yet a part of RCCC student ministries. These requests are also prayed for during the G:local (Jacob please add link here) student prayer gathering.
